A Wonderful Recipe for Buttery Creamy and Gooey Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict is a special recipe that consists half an English muffin topped with ham or bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.  The source of the popular cuisine is unknown and there are many distinct stories related to its source.  Seafood Benedict, Eggs Hussard, Eggs Montoya, Artichoke Benedict, Eggs Chesapeake, etc., are a Few of the popular variants.  In every one of those versions, all those fundamental ingredients of this recipe is substituted with another ingredient.  For examplem, in eggs Chesapeake, the bacon has been substituted by crab cake.

Easy Recipe

Ingredients
Lemon juice tablespoons.

Water, 1 tablespoon.
Worcestershire sauce,  tsp.

Salt,  tsp.
Eggs, 8
Canadian-style celery, 8 bits


Butter, softened, 2 tablespoons.
Distilled white vinegar, 1 teaspoon.

Process

You will take a double boiler to prepare the Hollandaise sauce.  First place water at the lower portion of the double boiler to fill it part way.  Notice that the water filled at the lower part doesn't touch the upper pan.   At the upper portion of this double boiler include egg yolk, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and water.  Whisk the mix properly and then add melted butter .  See that you just add a couple of tablespoons of butter at one time and keep the yolks simultaneously.  Keep whisking the mixture until the butter becomes blended completely.  Add salt and take out the double boiler from heat.  Cover the dual boiler.

Then, have a large saucepan and add water to cover 3 inches height.  Boil the water lightly and then add vinegar .  Divide the eggs one by one to the water.  Cook them for two to three minutes.  Then eliminate the poached eggs with assistance of a spoon and set them in a plate.  At a skillet that is refrigerated, cook the bacon to turn brownish.   Apply softened butter toasted muffins and put bacon slice on every side.  Then put a poached egg and drizzle the sauce on it.  Your eggs Benedict are prepared to serve and consume.

Ingredients

Eggs, 12

Milk, two cups
Grated cheese, 8 ounces.


Paprika to taste

Process

Ready the hollandaise sauce as directed at recipe.  Then grease a skillet with cooking spray.  Cut the English muffins into little cubes and set them to sort the base layer in the skillet.  Then, sprinkle some cheese on the cubed muffins.  Set the Canadian bacon slices and include a little more cheese.  In a skillet blend eggs, milk, and some pepper.  Beat the mix properly and disperse it on the cheese layer.  Cover the skillet and refrigerate it immediately.  Then, remove the cap and bake the mix in 350F for 30 minutes.
