Heat a few cooking oil in your own life.  Saut'(c) chopped garlic until they become aromatic and slightly brownish.  Stir in the meat and cook till it's half done.  Toss on your veggies and provide them a few quick stirs.  Finally, put in your noodles and the seasoning.  Be sure to stir all this together till the noodles are fully coated.  If the noodles is totally cooked, then dish outside and garnish with some chopped nuts.
